Refund and Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Custom-made CNC designs and wall arts are non-refundable once production has begun.
Returns and refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged products.
The return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
2. Return Process
Customers must report defects or damages within 3 days of receiving the product.
Provide images/videos as proof of damage.
Once approved, the customer will be guided on the return process.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
3. Refund Process
If a return is approved by A squareCNC, refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Shipping fees for returns will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
Custom designs and personalized products.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted.
